Shipping:
We process your orders instantly and ship it on the same day where possible, however, on certain products delivery can take up to 7 working days. We will notify you by email and you can track your order on our website when you login to your account.
*Free UK shipping is via 1st class recorded delivery. However, if you require next day delivery there will be a charge of £5.95.
Please note that multiple items may be despatched seperately.
Returns conditions:
1. Goods MUST BE unused (we adhere to strict health and hygiene conditions).
2. Goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
3. Goods must be received back at our office within 14 days from the day you receive your order.
4. Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable.
If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met we reserve the right to return the goods without notice. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.
All Packages returned to us unclaimed via the Royal Mail will be subject to reshipping charges as defined on our delivery policy.
All claims for delivery shortages and damages must be reported to us within 3 days of the delivery date. All goods are supplied with a 90 day fault warranty (faulty goods can only be returned for exchange not refund once outside of our 14 day satisfaction guarantee).
We can not be held responsible for orders delayed by incorrect address information supplied during the checkout process. |
